Affiliates work with Campus Housing to specialize service to students, including safety and security measures, to meet the needs of our upperclassmen.
Cardinal Towne rests between Third and Fourth streets on Cardinal Boulevard. It houses almost 600 residents above a series of shops and restaurants. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, state-of-the-art fitness center, upgraded computer labs and study rooms, movie theaters and garage parking. All units also include private bedrooms and bathrooms.
This development features student apartments, common outdoor areas, apartment-side parking and even a private swimming pool. A bridge connects The Province to the west side of Belknap Campus, making it ideal housing for any student wanting to stay close to campus.
Its saltwater pool and movie theater with stadium seating signal that the Bellamy offers a unique housing experience. This pet-friendly complex offers two- and four-bedroom floor plans. All rooms feature flat-screen televisions.
The Arch is located on South Fourth Street and offers apartment-style housing. Amenities include private bedrooms and bathrooms, sand volleyball and full court basketball, resort style pool and coffee bar.
The Clubhouse is located on Crittenden Drive between Warnock and Eastern Parkway. The facility features amenities including a 24-hour fitness center, pool, card access parking, game room, movie theater and hammock lounge.
The Nine, UofL’s newest affiliated housing project, is located just north of campus on South Floyd Street. Amenities include a resort style pool and spa, fire pit lounge, fitness center, coffee café, game lounge and private event space.
